All password details are accepted - and may be withdrawn - at our discretion.

Order processing and Payment

Payment is taken at the time we accept your order, if we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a full refund where the goods have been paid for.
All goods are subject to availability.
The price you pay is the price you see on screen - including any delivery charges as detailed on the 'Delivery Information' page
We try to ensure our prices are correct on screen - if we find an error on products you have already ordered we will contact you to give you the option of proceeding with your order at the correct price or cancelling and receiving a full refund where the goods have been paid for. if we cannot contect you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Payment shall be made through Google Checkout.
Prices shall be shown in the currency of your country of residence and shall include all taxes
The completion of the contract between you and us shall be deemed completed on despatch of the goods unless we have informed you of non acceptance of the order or you have cancelled the order.
Title of goods shall pass to you on delivery provided we have received full payment for the goods.

Where any provisions in these terms and conditions have been found invalid by any proper authority the remaining provisions shall not be affected by such judgement.

If DecorDirect does not react immediately to any particular breach of these terms and conditions that will not exclude it from persuing the matter in the future or any other breach that may occur.

We will not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions that occur because of circumstances beyond our control.

If you choose to use this site outside the UK or Ireland it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with all revelant local laws.
